Interdisciplinary group discussed latest research in social media, social computing, and data analytics.
Thanks to all the faculty, students, and industry professionals who attended and presented at the 2014 Spring Research Symposium hosted by the Social Media and Business Analytics Collaborative. Held at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, the symposium featured new results from 19 research projects examining various aspects of social media, social computing, and data analytics. The event also included an industry panel with Ravi Bapna moderating a discussion between the audience and Mike Myhrom of Thrivent and Sean Larson of Medtronic.
